Welcome to Frenchy's Junk Removal. By booking our services, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Frenchy's Junk Removal provides residential and commercial junk removal, hauling, and light demolition services in the Portland Metro area. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, hazardous materials, or inaccessibility.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• Estimates: Quotes provided over the phone, email, or online are non-binding estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is determined on-site once our crew assesses the volume and nature of the items.
• Pricing Factors: Price is based on the volume of space your items take up in our truck, weight (for heavy materials like concrete/dirt), and labor required.
• Additional Fees: Surcharges may apply for items requiring special disposal (e.g., tires, appliances with freon) or for difficult access (stairs, long distances).

3. Excluded Items (Hazardous Materials)

For the safety of our team and compliance with local laws, we cannot accept the following hazardous materials:

• Asbestos
• Chemicals, Solvents, & Paints (liquids)
• Oil Drums & Gas Tanks
• Medical or Bio-Hazardous Waste
• Pesticides & Herbicides

4. Appointments & Cancellations

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Property Access & Ownership

You warrant that you have the legal right to authorize the removal of all items agreed upon. You grant Frenchy's Junk Removal access to the property for the purpose of performing the service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to the property or damage caused by the removal of items that are large or difficult to maneuver, provided reasonable care was taken.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the job. We accept cash, credit cards, and other agreed-upon electronic payments. Invoices for commercial clients must be paid within the terms specified on the invoice (typically Net 15 or Net 30).

7. Limitation of Liability

Frenchy's Junk Removal shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
